Soccer Ball Special

Soccer balls for the end of the season team party. These were a real challenge for me. Making the details on each soccer ball was really difficult. First, I tried cutting hexagon shapes out of black fondant. Then, I tried drawing on hexagon shapes with a cookie decorating marker. I finally settled on piping the details with melted chocolate. The members of the team each got a soccer ball pop and the siblings each got a green sprinkle pop. Each cake pop was individually wrapped, so they could be passed out easily after the game.
