Fish are friends, not food! Nemo, Dory and Shark cake pops!!

I love a good challenge so when a friend ask me to make Nemo, Dory, shark or any kind fish cake pops for her son's 3rd birthday, which was in the middle of Christmas cake pop madness, I said Yes!!!! I love both the Finding Nemo and Dory movies. They are family favorites at our house. I love getting my creative juices flowing on a new design. I think the end pops came out great and there was one happy little birthday boy!!

Gifts of love!

One of my favorite ways to celebrate the Christmas season is by making homemade treats for those that I love. I would much rather bake up a basketful of goodies to give than purchase a store-bought gift. I put a lot of love into my food and that’s why I especially enjoy coming up with new cake pops to share with you here.

Rrrrrr! Lions and tigers and bears oh my! Zoo animal fun!!

My friend requested zoo animals to take to her niece as a gift. I really liked getting creative with the animals and the details I added to each one with chocolate. These would be great for a baby shower or for a young child's birthday party.

Broncos Footballs and Helmets! Cake pops with candles for a special guy's birthday!

Go Broncos! I created the Broncos' helmets and footballs for my husband's birthday.  I added the solid orange cake pops with candles so we could use the cake pops in leau of having a cake. Each cake pop is a yummy bite size of cake so it's just the right of amount of cake and easy to serve.

Basic Cake Pops

Here's are photos of what I call my basic cake pops. I used one solid color and sprinkles for these cake pops with an accent sprinkle. They were individually wrapped so they could be passed out as a favor for a 5 year olds birthday treat at preschool. Basic pops are $2 each with a minimum order of 12.
